Lighthouse Award

The Lighthouse Award is given to individuals who go above and beyond in their work helping individuals and families navigate the various health and human services systems and connecting or linking them with care, services, programs and support.
Navigate PBC, an initiative of the Health Council of Southeast Florida, aims to support the health and human service programs in the community and recognizes the hard work, dedication, perseverance and compassion of the many individuals who work to support the system by making the linkages to care, services, support and resources and improving the health and quality of life for the individuals they serve. Navigate PBC also knows that these individuals often work diligently and tirelessly without accolades, awards and due recognition.
Submissions are reviewed by a panel of reviewers selected by HCSEF and awards are given to individuals who best display hard work, dedication, perseverance and compassion in their work.
We are now accepting Lighthouse Award Nomination Forms for the 2016 Regional Symposium.
Please submit nomination forms to Marcia Hayden by Tuesday, October 4, 2016 to be considered.
Lighthouse Award Winners will be announced on Friday, October 21, 2016 at the 4th Annual Regional Symposium.
