FAQs - What should I know about the Navigate PBC Symposium?
When: Thursday, May 29th; 8:30am - 4pm (Breakfast and Sign-in starts at 7:30am)
Where: Doubletree by Hilton, Executive Meeting Center, 4431 PGA Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410
What: The Symposium will provide a full-day of content-rich, relevant and timely information and content to individuals working to support the health and human services in the community (case workers, case managers, application assistants, eligibility workers, patient navigators, community health workers, etc.) through navigation and linkage to services and resources.
Will lunch be provided? Yes. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and refreshments will be provided.
What is the registration fee? Yes, there is a $25 registration fee. There are scholarship opportunities available to cover the registration fee. Please register for the event and follow the instructions to apply for a scholarship.
Will there be continuing education credits? Please check back soon for updates on whether continuing education credits will be available.
